In Store: Cheese

At Mani's we carry a good size selection of different types of cheese: goat cheese, brie, cheddar, blue, gruyer, camambert, fontina... We also have a special selection of Greek cheese, including different types of fetas[could probably discribe the different types and the differences between them), kasseri [what is it and how should it be used] and manouri [what is it and how should it be used] .
